Research On Countermeasures For Chinese Unemployment

With the economic development, unemployment is a great world-wide social and economic problem gradually, It holds up economic development and restricts optimum arrange of labor resource. Unemployment brings out the destructibility and minus effects; not only damages the basic guarantee in lives and mental ability, but also harms the social and economic stabilization; in some degree it might change into a drastic social-political issue.About this problem, many countries in the world carry out all kinds of countermeasures in order to control the unemployment as much as possible. Implementing actively market economy system of China, it should absorb the successful experiments of other counties which harness unemployment, meanwhile it should take characteristic methods of China in unemployment, considering fully the conditions in labor number.On the basis of experiment and theory, the thesis analyzes Chinese unemployment situation, characteristic, effect and cause, absorbs the successful experiments of other counties which harness unemployment .the author puts forward the methods to harness unemployment in China.The thesis consists of five parts, firstly, it analyses the unemployment and the world-wide unemployment conditions and so on; secondly it analyses western unemployment theory, that is, classical unemployment theory, Marx's Relative Overpopulation Theory, Keynesian Unemployment Theory, Scholar about Currency Unemployment Theory, Recent Development in Western Unemployment Theories; thirdly it discusses the current unemployed situation, characteristic, effect and cause in China; fourthly lots of successful experiences in developed and developing country have been adapted a serial of countermeasures of unemployment ;at last it puts forward the countermeasures to harness unemployment especially with own characteristics, analyses the strategies in solving Chinese unemployment problem.The biggest innovation in this thesis is to analyze the different countermeasures of unemployment by comparing developed countries with mid-developed countries, developing countries. the thesis puts forward the especial points that we should have own strategies to administrate unemployment in China.
