On The Reason And Countermeasure Of The Structural Unemployment Of China

With the development of economic structural adjustment and civilization, the seriousness of the structural unemployment in China has gradually appeared clearly. The pressure of unemployment in China is obvious, but the structural unemployment is particularly prominent. We can say that the pressure of structural unemployment is more than the total unemployment's. The structural unemployment not only increases the difficulties of treating the total number of unemployment, but also worsens the whole problem of unemployment in China. Therefore, it is very realistic to research the structural unemployment in China.To treat the structural unemployment in China, we must analyze the forming reason deeply, give the efficient countermeasures and lead to alleviate it. According to the thinking above, the thesis studies and probes the theory of the structural unemployment. Considering the reality and characteristic of the structural unemployment in China, the thesis analyses the reason for the structural unemployment and gives the efficient ways to treat it. The author thinks there are two reasons for the structural unemployment, which are the basis for treating the structural unemployment.
