Study On Enterprise Psychological Cost

Cost is an important figure for a company. It indicates material benefits pay out and affect the final benefits. Most companies seek for maximum profits, so they care for what they earn and they pay out. Most payment can be measured by accounting, but some benefits losing can't be measured Just like Enterprise Psychology Cost (E.P.C) we study in this article.All the jobs are done by employees. The employees' psychology state will affect company. It seems very strange, but it real happens in company. The stuffs' passive emotional experience and affective experience will cause additional losing. Though those losing can't be measured by accounting, but the affection to the company can't be ignored.E.P.C study needs psychology, economic and management. E.P.C is a challenge to management. It requires managers change their mode of thinking. Change their focal point of management from money and goods to people, not only people's behaviors, but also their psyochology experience.The article has three parts.First part, it explains intension of Enterprise Psychology Cost. Include E.P.C definition, manifestation and affection. E.P.C form model is the center of this part. Emotional experience and affective experience is base theory. We study elements which leads to employees' passive emotional experience and affective experience anode negative behaviors. It also descripts the manifestation of E.P.C, and the affection to companies' benefits.Second part give out E.P.C feature model, mathematic model, and E.P.C lever assess. E.P.C feature model is used decriping E.P.C charactertics. universality, indistinct and un-planable. E.P.C mathematic model is used to the relationship between other benefit like income and cost. Also we try to use mathematic way to assess lever.The mangers should pay attention on E.P.C and correct some mistakes on traditional think mode on management.
