Along with the persistence and fast and health development of economic in China, the freeway's construction flourish in our country, especially the inshore region of east ,there has come into being developed traffic network system comparatively .There has become freeway industry belt along the freeway and passageway with the freeway's construction and managing, and the same time, it influenced the regional economic development by its own mode. Along with the fast development of freeway project in China, the importance of the impact the freeway transports on the regional economic development was know gradually. The regional resources development, allocation of productive force, commodity circulation, interregional cooperation etc were huge difference by the traffic's approach was difficulty or easy and it resulted in imbalance in regional economic developing in our country. The study has great important operation significance in analyzing the relation between freeway and regional economic developing.This article analyzed freeway's construction and management how to become freeway industry belt and how to accelerate regional economic development harmonious. The same time, researching the correlativity between traffic and allocation of productive force and industrial structure, analyzed the influence effect that the freeway project will allocate the productive force and industrial structure by traffic project. By establishing traffic project economic-effect-enhancement model, predicted the economic effect brought by traffic project after established quantificationally, and demonstrated combined with the practical data. In addition, this article analyzed the space of area by influence effect of freeway and established model. At last, had a discussion on the contribution that the freeway construction will promote to regional transport structure and regional cooperation , brought forward the relational countermeasure and suggestion to contribute to the freeway construction and development in our country .
