A Study On Performance Evaluation For Middle-level Management In Ji Ning Branch Of China Construction Bank

Performance evaluation is the measure, premise and evidence of the human resources development and management, which has been well performed in the daily work of foreign banks. But the performance evaluations which have been used by most national commercial banks are still based on a traditional, experience-oriented level, which lacks an equitable measuring standards, and are running short of a standardized, institutional system. Along with the progress of economic globalization, the competition of financial sectors has become more and more fierce, and the relative conservative human resources administration system of national commercial banks have been shocked and challenged more and more. Therefore, the production and discussion which are related to the performance evaluation are increasing continually, however, very few studies which focus on the performance evaluation of middle-level administrators from national commercial banks can be found.This dissertation mainly studies the performance evaluation of middle-level administrators from China Construction Bank, JINING branch. A series of systems of performance evaluation established have achieved some success, they still need to be improved and a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation based on the value management and implement of strategies must be invented.
