Organizational structure is an important support for the enterprise's operating system, for whether or not an enterprise's organizational structure is rational, whether or not it can meet the company's need for development in scale and promotion in core competitiveness, will exert a direct effect on the enterprise's profits, even on its survival and development. When an enterprise takes a further step, a new pattern of organizational structure needs to be established accordingly. Because if the enterprise is not prompt in innovating its organizational structure as the enterprise's scale expands, it won't be able to adapt to the change of external environment, on the other hand, due to low efficiency in management and slowness to market change, it will obstruct the enterprise's own development. In the light of intense changes in both internal and external environment, the enterprise can realize sustainable development only by constant innovations in organizational structure.This thesis first expatiated the relevant theories of organization, and discussed the future trends in organizational structure. Then it probed into each development stage of K Group by applying theories of organizational structure and enterprise life cycle, and examined the problems confronting the company during its current development stage. And at last based on an analysis of the main variables that are influential in redesigning the organizational structure of K Company and of the principles on which the organizational structure of K Company is to be redesigned, it redesigned the organizational structure of K Company, and proposed for reference several complement measures to be implemented.Through the above-mentioned work, this thesis proves that there will be a remarkable change to the organizational structure of an enterprise when the enterprise grows bigger in scale and turns into a multi-producer from a single-producer, and its normalization will be enhanced. On the other hand, the organizational structure bears close relation of adaptation to the business environment and business strategy.
