Compared with traditional enterprises, a prominent feature of the modern enterprise groups is to create a sound and efficient group headquarters. Reasonable and effective organizational structure promotes the long-term performance of headquarters of enterprises with continued-development. This paper bases on group positioning and strategic analysis, group-flow analysis, structural analysis group Reasonable and effective headquarters organizational structure promotes the development of long-term performance of the enterprise. These design guidelines should be guided by the strategic orientation, headquarters core, the quality and flow, based on the parent-subsidiary corporate structure.
