The Research On Tacit Knowledge Converting In Technology Transfer

Technology transfer is an effective method for developing country companies to promote technology capability. The developing experience of Japan, South Korea and Singapore et al has proven that. Currently, our nation is during the period of economic fast developing. So technology transfer is becoming the most effective method to enhance our nation's technology capability. But because developed countries only treat our nation as manufacturing base, and don't export the real core technology. So depending on cheap labor and extensive market we only get many peripheral technologies. Although temporally companies in our nation get economic value, in the long run they will be the subsidiaries of companies in developed countries. So how to develop from technology dependence to technology independence has already been the key point of technology strategy of our nation's country, and also is the key to fulfill technology breakout in order to catch up with developed country.This paper first defines the tacit knowledge in the transfer technology, make sure the research object and research base point of this paper. Then systematically analyze the relationship between technology transfer and technology capability accumulation, pick out clearly that technology capability consists of knowledge systems and knowledge creation and utilization system, and think the essence of technology capability is tacit knowledge. As technology accumulates technology knowledge system will show evolutionary trend. In the short run technology accumulation is from balance development to unbalance development then to balance development. But in the long run, will show experience the lifecycle evolution that consists of start-up stage, development stage, declining stage and dead stage. Technology transfer can continuously promote technology temporal development, and then through continuous technology transfer promote evolution. In technology transfer tacit knowledge conversion has its own peculiar conversion trend, and is affected by technology owner, transfer technology, relational factors, absorptive capacity of technology receiver, and its behaviors. At last configure out tacit knowledge conversion methods to influence factors, and depict explicitly the research content by using a vivid case.
