Based On The Technology Transfer From Perspective Of Tacit Knowledge Research

Enterprises to the transfer of new technology is an important part of enterprise technology innovation.For a long time,many of our enterprises in the technology transfer model,the more use of imitation innovation transfer model,the transfer model in recent years,the development of enterprises,especially with the domestic enterprises bigger and stronger,and the technology gap with foreign advanced enterprises rapidly shrinking,appear many problems.Among them,one of the most outstanding problems is that enterprises pay more attention to the transfer of dominant technology in technology transfer,but do not pay enough attention to hidden technical knowledge.Technology transfer is a large and complex systems engineering,the process contains a lot of tacit knowledge transformation,research of tacit knowledge transfer has become an important topic in today's society.Firstly,based on the study of the characteristics of tacit knowledge,such as tacit knowledge,metaphor,dependency and monopoly,this paper will start with the transfer of tacit knowledge.Knowledge is divided into three categories: internal tacit knowledge,exogenous tacit knowledge,endogenous and exogenous comprehensive tacit knowledge,use the incommensurability of technology paradigm,technology philosophy principle and technology protection with this paper,the three kinds of tacit knowledge transformation in the technology transfer path.Secondly,through the exploration of the transformation path,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the transfer of tacit knowledge from the aspects of tacit knowledge existence form,tacit knowledge coding,technology receptors and technology environment.Finally,from the perspectives of communication platform,organization,government,discuss the efficient transformation of tacit knowledge in the process of technology transfer,and further emphasizes the necessity of establishing rich communication platform,in the discussion of government policy at the same time,proposes three policies should consider dimension,policy content,organization and process.Through the discussion of this article,makes every effort to realize the tacit knowledge in the technology transfer optimization,in order to improve the ability of our country enterprise core technology introduction and digestion.
