The Study Of Reformation On Village Land Property Right In China

Farmer problem has always been being the core problem of Chinese revolution and modernization construction. The core of the farmer problem is land system in village namely the ownership issue of land . The ownership issue over land have much connection with the village stability , with the development of our industry which regards a great deal of labor force as its advantage, with the realization of agriculture mordernization, with the socialist new village construction and also realization of Chinese socialist mordernzation. Therefore, the study of reformation for land ownership has its theoristic and realistic meaningness.This research, which is mainly at the base of other scholars' study on the village land system reform , through a thorough analysis of the village land reform history, put forward that the privatization reform for village land have become the inevitable trend of the economic development in village. The text is mainly divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces domestic research overview to this problem, research purpose , meaningness and innovation, main contents and methods of research.The second part illustrate the whole process of land system reform since the birth of Communist Party of China.The third part, which first give an analyzing of the village land reform background, illustrating the irregularity of the current village reform system, put forward that the system of collectively ownership and contract system for the village land, havn't adapted to demand of the village development, and it also obstructs the target namely urbanization, industrialization and agriculture modernization.The fouth part is the foreground analyzing for privatization reform of the village land. This part is the main body of this research. It will analyze the necessity, urgency and possibility through illustrating the inner connection among the village land privatization reform, urbanization, industrilization, village modernization and socialist new village construction.The fifth part is the study and thinking of policies and measures for the village land privatization reform and it will also pose some assumptions and suggestions to its whole process and some main joint part.
