Research On The Problems Of Property Rights Of Agriculture Land Transfer

The fundamental problem of rural land is rural land ownership, the ownership of agricultural land transfer process is directly related to the flow efficiency, benefit. This paper based on modern property theory, combined with institutional change theory, the market mechanism theory, rent theory of Marxist, transfer of agricultural land property rights system for economic analysis, as a theoretical support for this study. The object of this paper is transfer of agricultural land in Suzhou, through the status of agricultural land transfer analysis in Suzhou, including the location of agriculture, transfer status, features of land transfer, combined with previous studies, proposed transfer of agricultural land system and gave some advice.This paper is divided into five main sections:The first part is to define research methods and technical routes by current research study; the second part is an overview of the theory of the transfer of agricultural land, including institutional change theory, theory of market mechanisms, Rent theory of Marxism;the third part is an economic analysis of agriculture land transfer under the property system version; the fourth part is the status of agricultural land transfer in Suzhou; the fifth part is based on the combination of evidence and previous studies, proposed property rights arrangements.
