GCM Corporation's high-tech agricultural industrialization demonstration project of bramble is a demonstration project in Aba state's Mao County. This project is invested by GuanCheng group and Beijing bramble Science & Technology Development Co. Ltd, and supported by the office of agricultural industrialization of Mao County. In order to practice the works in the business plan of the project, six students of Sichuan Management College made up a team, and did a large number of investigation and demonstration works to the project. The business plan of this project is backed by the background materials supplied by the members and the materials they collected.This thesis at first analyses the status about market supplement and demand, expatiates on the foreground and conditions of planting bramble in Mao county of Sichuan Province. Then we provide some consistent layout in organization structure, production sort and mode of operation. We think that the pattern of "Corp-farm-base" is effective and feasible in agriculture industrialization. We pay our attention to those corporations ,which are interested in bramble industrialization , and demonstrate their suitable operation strategy , tactics of market and human resource , makes exhaustive finance analysis and easement , also studded out specific project schedule .In the end , we put forward reasonable countermeasure in reducing project risk .The authors is the main copywriter in this item group, and take charge in some important aspects, such as market analysis, corporation strategy, market tactics, layout of organization and human recourse, finance analysis and assessment.
