The Actuality Analysis Of Extensive Land Use In Cities Expansion

Since the practice of the reform and open policy in 1978, the urbanization in China has developed rapidly. With the great expansion of cities, the intensive use of urban land become a key problem in cities expansion. So it is very important to improve the efficiency of land use. At present urban land extensiveness is serious because of many reasons, such as technique, system, policies, thinking reasons and so on. But the most important cause is not above, but government interests-driven system. It leads that urban governments urban confiscate agricultural land, expand cities scale casually, use land extensively. How do governments catch interests in land use? Government conception is deviates. And present system and legislation are not complete. This thesis give us some advices to transfer governments' interests-driven actions to improve intensive land use.There are four chapters to talk about extensive land use in this thesis. The thesis analyses reasons of producing government interests-driven system. At last, I give some policies and measures of changing government interests-driven system.
