| With the popularity of3G and4G, mobile internet has gradually integrated into people’s life, and become a popular way of life. As relating closely to daily work, enterprise mobile informationization is argent enough to be put on the agenda. Various mobile information applications are keeping all aspects of the business in purchasing, production, transportation and sales management control and operational decisions, and visible, and are able to make enterprises’management control and operational decisions of purchasing, production, transportation and sales visible, controllable and flexible without time and territory limitation.As a traditional manufacturing, steel industry, although currently facing various environmental and operational difficulties, is seeking a way out, improving operations and enhancing their overall competitiveness, and also tring to take the high-speed mobile information train, hoping to have prosperity in the new development of the information age.This research was based on the theory of enterprise management information requirements model. By analyzing the study of tangshan iron and steel industry, this research was exploring the present situation, existing problems and resistance of China’s steel industry mobile informationization. Finally the paper proposed a series of mobile information strategies, and the master development strategies including as well as specific implementation strategies including R&d strategy, mobile e-business strategy, financing strategy, mobile information security strategy, talent strategy, evaluation strategy and so on. Through case study, this paper drew the following three conclusions:Firstly, by providing financing services to steel companies to promote the integration of mobile information industry, a reasonable allocation of the industry chain interests of all parties together to promote the depth of the steel industry’s informationize application. By two-way cooperation mode or multi-directional supply chain finance model of lease and installment, mobile information industry is able to realize resource integration to some extent. Mobile information industry chain parties should work together, in order to do a bigger cake of steel industry, and more help to move the steel industry informatization to a higher stage.Secondly, only by combining the iron and steel enterprises informationization with production processes and business management, doing) a comprehensive assessment of the value of the enterprise mobile information application, enterprises can truly benefit from the mobile information. During the course of enterprise mobile information applications to take full account of all aspects of the characteristics of steel production, the introduction of advanced management ideas and concepts, comprehensive and objective assessment of different mobile information solutions can bring value to the enterprise at this stage, it is steel prices moved prerequisite to ensure the successful application of information technology.Thirdly, only by carrying out mobile information talent strategy, the iron and steel enterprises’ need can be meet to carry out mobile informationization construction, and constantly promote enterprise development to mature. Steel companies need talents with independent development, joint training, employment, consultants and other mobile information in the form of professional personnel training. In addition, due to the information technology changes everday, the update is very frequent, therefore, iron and steel enterprises in the process of mobile informatization talents training should pay attention to build up talent gradient. |
