A Study On The Development Trend Of Space-time Dynamic Of Xi'an Urban Informationization

Informationization is the essential feature of the era. With the rapid development of information technology, information economy characterized by globalization and networking is increasingly effecting people's way of living, thinking and working.It is also reshaping the development of pattern of the world.Informationization has increasingly become socio-economic development trends of a region, and the symbol of comprehensive economic strength of a city.Based on the concepts and theories of human geography, regional economics, information economics, urban sociology and unban planning, the thesis of explores the spatio-temporal processes of the informationization of Xi'an city from three aspects of infrastructure construction, the development of the information industry and information services and applications.Some quantitative methods,such as the multi-factor synthetic evaluation method, the principal component analysis, the gray system model,have also been adopted in order to depict the current situation of the city's informationization, analyse the determinants of the development, find the main restraining factors, and simulates the development trend. The purpose of the reaserch is to promote a better understanding of the development of urban informatization and try to give some countermeasure suggestions in order to accelerate the development of Xi'an informatization and the comprehensive economy, and provide references for the relevant departments.The main conclusions are as follows:①The informatization of Xi'an city develops rapidly, the overall level of informatization and the future development trend is good;②The information network infrastructure has been improving and basically formed large-capacity and high-rate transmission network mainly by cable and supplemented by digital microwave, satellite communications covering city center;③the information industry is also developing rapidly in Xi'an, and three information industrial clusters have emerged in the city;④the information service market has been expanding constantly in Xi'an, and the service levels also improving continuously, especially the e-government and e-commerce,which have broad development prospects.The value of the thesis is that it analyzes the dynamic models of unban informationization and the characteristics of spatial agglomeration from the two dimensions of time and space.lt also applies a set of methods for measuring the developmen of urban informationization.
