In the past20years, the development degree of economic and import&export trade in China is promoted by development of OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)&Agency Company, as well as there are more new job opportunities for Chinese local labor in this period. However, nowadays in the backdrop of global economic integration, different development stages enterprise are emerging diversification on international market in different countries and regions. In order to cope with that kind of expansion of multinational corporations with global economic integration, and take a place in the increasingly competitive international market, Chinese traditional OEM&agency companies need to seek path of restructuring the corporate structure to develop. Their goal is transfer to modern management model enterprise which owning intellectual property from simple and single OEM or agency.For most this kind of company, the most effective way to adjust enterprise framework is the development of independent innovation. In the meantime this way is also major strategic task for single OEM or agency, base on it could adjust growth model from resource-dependent shift to innovation-driven. The crucial method to promote the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is enhancing the capability of independent innovation, and to strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in technological innovation system at the same time.Otherwise, Chinese OEM&agency companies seek the way to transform to independent innovation private enterprises is a new topic, which is appeared with economic development of China recently. In the next paragraphs I will discuss mainly about how to focus on customer unique requirement in Chinese market, base on collection of superior resources which is supported by national industrial policy.Until now the traditional Chinese OEM&agency companies has took advantage in traditional manufacture market already because of mature manufacture technology and occupying market share. But in my opinion, the best way to promote competitive strength of enterprise is innovate new technology independently and create new product in a market economy enviromnent.Currently, the main problem for Chinese OEM&agency companies’ transition is too low rate of self-sufficiency of the key technologies to lots of company depend on technology introduction but not technology innovation.In fact for an enterprise, the power of long-term development base on core technology Innovation, unique production, independent brand and more factors. Secondly in order to upgrade competitiveness level, enterprise needs to extend potential opportunity continually and explore industry development trend. Additionally from the macro perspective, national industrial structure adjustment is pushed forward by many enterprises development.The paper is finished base on issue comparison, literature analysis, interview and other research methods. Step one is type problem collection in domestic market and abroad base on literature read and learn more fresh news on internet. Step two is interview employer and employees in the corporation which I worked to obtain data and information. And then I am trying to summarize a pattern or a kind of method which really applicable to domestic OEM&agency companies.Here are suggestions for the transition enterprise as follow:First of all, to formulate correct development strategies to define the development direction of the enterprise; the next point is making full use of the current technology advantages to develop secondary innovation as well as upgrade foreign original manufacturer to partner; Thirdly, to build up and maintain the brand continually; Last but not least attach importance to construction of human recourse and enterprise framework base on draw experience from multinationals in business management and team building.
