The Research On The Technologies Of Military Products' Cooperative Manufacturing Management

During production in military enterprise, manufacturing cooperation is one of the central contents. And it is the process of converting the manufacturing plan into products with a series of scheduling and controlling of production activities. Thus, make the modern management of the manufacture process into reality through enterprise information integration, becomes the core of cooperation management. This paper investigates the technologies of manufacturing cooperation, especially focused on process control and cooperative partner.The situation of manufacturing cooperation is analyzed and summarized. According to the character of military productions'manufacturing, the theory of agile supply chain and AHP is investigated, which provides the research fundamental.Through the process analysis of military productions'cooperative manufacturing, the tracking and management frame of manufacturing cooperation are established. Cooperative plan is divided two phases—general plan and detail plan. The tracking management model and quality control model are established, which realized the tracking process to cooperative products'information, such as quality information,inventory information and so on. Furthermore, cooperation products are divided into categories, from which, the cooperative management process of military producs'manufacturing gets optimized.According to the choosing process of cooperative partners, the model of partner choosing based AHP is established, some evaluated rules are ensured, and it realizes the reasonable constitution of cooperative organization.Adopting Browser/Server mode as soft system frame, using Delphi and SQL technology, the cooperation system for military manufacturing cooperation is developed.
