The Study On Cooperative Innovation Program Of Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Enterprises Partner Selection

Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises is the materialize basis of national economy, the main part of industrialization and the foundation of society progress,making the country strong and people rich. Along with the development of new technology revolution, technology innovation and technology improvement is becoming the key factors to the competitiveness of Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises.The scale of technology innovation is enlarging day by day. At the meantime,the cost and risk of new technology R&D is also increasing. In this trend, cooperation innovation is becoming the main technology innovation model.Lots of studies tell that partner choosing is a decisive factor of the success of the cooperation innovation.Based on the industry features of.Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises,this paper set up the partner choosing methods for Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises cooperation innovation. It also uses DEA to estimate these methods,to help Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises to choose the best cooperate partner for innovation. This paper is divided into three parts:The first two chapters are the basis of the research. It introduces the background, train of thoughts and methodology of this paper, sum up domestic and overseas'current research results on enterprises cooperation innovation, and partner choosing. Then it states the theory foundation of this article:cooperation innovation theory and the definition of Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises.The third and fourth chapters are the core part of this paper. It firstly states the risk and profit allocation principles of cooperation innovation.Then briefly introduces the partner choosing principles,influential factors,and process of Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises cooperation innovation. It also uses orthogonal test method to establish the partner choosing programs for Equipment manufacturing industrial enterprises cooperation innovation. Finally, is estimates these programs using DEA model.The third part is the case study on experimental companies,to test the established model and analysis the testing results.In the end, all the work is general commented. The method and model in the paper can be applied into practice.Also there are some deficiencies and shortages in this paper, which need to be improved. And the prospect of the further study is expected.
