The Study On Enterprises Project Management Based On The Development Of Strategy

Under the dynamic environment, the strategic competitive power of an enterprise is the most essential factor of the enterprise's long strategic plan. And the project, the basic units of both the enterprise development and the national economic development, is the important strut strength of competitive power of the enterprise, and even the nation. Frankly speaking, one who can grasp the project management will grasp the initiative of the marketing competition. Robert. J. Grahame, American-known scholar, says that "the project is a universal way that adapts the environmental variation, so an organization's success lies in its level of project management." People pay much attention to the success of the project, and positively explore the theories and the methods assuring the perfect completion of the project. The project management, a new branch of science, has been widely applied to all kinds of fields all over the world and achieved full success.After reviewing the results of research about the strategic implementation and project management, we have discovered that in spite of the abundance of the works in their respective fields, there are less researches that combine the strategic implementation with the project management and implementing strategies on the basis of the project management thoughts and methods. Based on the thorough research and comparison between strategic implementation and project management, we have found that there exist astonishing similarities between them. Therefore, we think we can instruct the project management with the strategy and implement the strategy with project management methods. Accordingly, we have proposed the model of enterprise's project management based on the development of strategy.
