Research Of Private Small And Medium Business

Private small and medium (S&M) enterprises are more important than ever in China economy. Human Resource management, especial effective motivation, has been the main aspect to influence the development of private S&M enterprises. This article has studied present conditions and problems existing in these enterprises, and analyzed XC company for deeper research. It pointed out that motivations of private S&M enterprises must change as the operating environment has changed, also they should adapter to the characters of knowledge employee.Market economy is developed in west countries. Our national business have large gap with west business in enterprise HR management and motivations. After comparative studies, this research proposed a program to improve and reform motivation policies in XC company in order to attracting talent people, effecting valid motivations and strengthening overall competition.The program to improve and reform motivation policies in XC company has achieved some effect. This is a good reference for private S&M enterprises, especial those in IT field.
