Research On The Change Of Performance-assessing System In CNC Sales Center

Nowadays six individual telecom operators coexist and compete against each other in the field of telecom industry. CNC is facing a new challenge and necessary to reform. With the enlarging scale and for lack of efficient performance-assessing performance, it is hard to define the relationship between the target of the corporation and the target of the individuals, the relationship between the performance of the corporation and of the individuals. Thus corporation could not adopt the corresponding measures to assess or encourage its staff's performance. So how to establish an efficient and operable performance-assessing system becomes a puzzle during the fulfillment of performance management. Establishing the suitable performance management system assures the enterprise of perfecting its modern undertaking operating system. As a result, it is urgent to change the traditional methods of performance management in order to improve the performance management.This article expounds the theory on performance management, then introduces two systematic method to set up performance indicator system, e.g. BSC and KPI. By analyzing one CNC company's problems in the process of performance assessing, the author points out the major problem and explains in detail the exploratory work which the company carried out in the field of management. During the change of enterprise system, the enterprise combines BSC and KPI to establish the performance indicator system for the enterprise, the sales center and the staff respectively to gradually set up the suitable and efficient performance management system.
