Development Strategy Of Information System In Chinaunicom Inner Mongolia Branch

This paper attempt to handle knowledge of the Administration Subject to discuss the development strategy of information system in China Unicom Inner Mongolia Branch .The building of information system have the characteristic of high input, high risk and high output, and need to study how to combine with industrialization of IT ,and is a work with much challenge and difficulty. It is actual to research and constitute the development strategy of information system.This paper proceed with analyse of competition circumstance in the building of information system field, handling analytical method of SWOT to analyse competition circumstance, and to find the core of competition ability and the key factors, and to bring out the development strategy of information system, basing on the characteristic of China Unicom Inner Mongolia Branch.
