Along with the advent of the knowledge economy, human resource management has been upgraded to strategic height, then strategic human resource management (SHRM) comes into being. SHRM combines human resource management and strategic management organically,adapting both the rapid changes in global competitive environment and the"people-centered"management tendency in 21st century, opening up a new time .Starting from the theoretical of SHRM , the author analyzes the theory development process of strategy, strategic management, human resource management, and reveals the close links among them, lays the theoretical foundation for SHRM; Secondly, from the strategic point, the article analyzes the links between SHRM and enterprise competitive advantage, then gives the feasibility for implementation of SHRM; Thirdly, the article describes the organization framework and the implementation of SHRM; Finally , selecting JF Construction Company and combining its business reality, the author designs the implementation framework of SHRM, which proves that SHRM can improve enterprise management and enhance the competitive ability in market. |
