| With China's accession to WTO,every industry and enterprise face to the challenge and opportunity. How to grasp the opportunity and meet the challenge is an urgent topic that the top managers of the enterpriseh must answer. Under the new circumstance, the Design Company of Hunan Qianmo (DCHQ) is confronted with fierce competition from Market, thereby the managing conditions becomes more complicated and bewildered. How can DCHQ survive in such a complicated conditions with challenges and opportunities? The author thinks that DCHQ should set up a scientific developing strategy to direct and manage itself. Basing on the theory of modern enterprise strategic management and the various theories of enterprise structure design, human resources management, the thesis has researched the developing strategy problems of DCHQ in the coming 5 years.This paper has four parts.The first part is the introduction, which illustrates the background, significance, thought, literature summarize and gives a brief introduction to the development cource of the architechure designing industry in China.The second part analyses the actuality of the enterprise from the aspects about sturcture, employee, operation firstly,then analyses the insidesurrounding of DCHQ through SWOT method. Lastly, we analyses the outsurrouding factors of the enterprise such as the variation and the competition condition of the survey and design market after the entry into WTO through the analysis of macro-circumstance and industrail condition.The third part researches the choice of developing strategy of DCHQ. We first present the strategic choice of the DCHQ based on the SWOT analysis,and clears the development of the enterprise from the brand strategy,human resource strategy,company culture strategy. Afterwards,we go alone the detailed researches towards the the enterprise's mission presentation,strategy object and whole strategy programming.The forth part discussed the problem of strategy implemention and design from the view of structure optimization, inside management optimization, human resource developing according to the actuality of DCHQ. |
