For a long time, corporate incentive management is always a difficult problem for Chinese corporations, especially for those of architecture survey and design industry. Through the study on incentive policy of DH Architectural Design Co., Ltd, this thesis tries to provide suggestive solutions for similar corporations toward employee incentive problems.With a history of 26 years, DH Architectural Design Co., Ltd is a private design company in which most of its employees are highly educated technicians. As the maketization degree of Chinese economy continuously deepening, companies are facing increasingly severe market competition, thus the existing management system, in particular the incentive mechanism, is unable to meet its demand of survival, development and expanding. Based on the incentive theory in management, economy, and with the method of actual survey of the design company, this thesis creates an innovative incentive plan for companies.Study methods of this thesis mainly embodied in three aspects: literature study, case study, survey and analysis of employee demand levels and analysis on the existing incentive system, and the innovative design of incentive mechanisim of the design company.Literature study is the foundation for the study of this thesis. In Chapter two of this thesis, study on field of incentive management is drawing lessons all from incentive theory, different angles to practice procudures of incentive mechanisim. Case study mainly focuses on summarizing the application of incentive mechanism in corporations of various industries, based on which the thesis anylyzes the differences between the incentive theory and the incentive mechanism design and practice, and their contributing factors.Main parts of this thesis which are demand level of employees of the design company, analysis on existing incentive mechanism operation and innovative design of incentive mechnisim are arranged in Chapter III, Chapter IV, Chapter V, and Chapter VI of this theis. In these parts, the discussion will be started from the following aspects: first, the author analyzes the current incentive situation of DH Architectural Design Co., Ltd, at the same time studys the demand (the unmet ones) feature of employees; based on these study, the thesis further accordingly design a systematical solution for incentive mechanism, including organization design, performance evaluation and design of incentive methods; and also propose the incentive plans toward employee demand, including the equity, salary and benefits, post and job title double promotion, training and cultural incentive; finally, the thesis focuses on the implementation of these plans, and designs the implementation procedure and effect evaluation.Because it is a representive company in architecture survey and design industry, therefore, results of this study has positive practical significance in forming perfect incentive mechanism, solving existed problems and promoting better development, and also has a certain reference value for the preparation of incentive mechanism of other companies.
