Research On Production Efficency Calculation And Effect Factor Analysis In Enterprise Management

Management is very important for an enterprise to guide the development direction and make critical decision. However, in the normal management theories, it always analyzes problems exiting in the course of enterprises'development from micro aspect and by means of qualities. But if analyzing problems only from micro aspect will cause a great limitation against promotion and reference for overall industry because of its weak representative. Additionally, using the method of qualities will neglect the quantities function and of course raising self-contract between qualities and quantities. Therefore,to avoid the above insufficiencies, this paper collects production and management data from 89 watch enterprises and uses the method of DEA from macro aspect to analyze production efficiency in stead of data from enterprises'output This paper also analyzes the effected factors for production efficiency with Tobit model. Furthermore, according to different production aspect in individual enterprise, this paper designs a piece of questionnaire to study the consumers'hobby via analyzing consumers'understanding of watch consumption. Based on this research result, this paper not only rises out effective production and management strategy but also make out corresponding reforms and developing Countermeasure for enterprises. In fact, this paper practical has meaning for overall watches industry in China and provides theory guiding for the management development.The content and structure of this paper are as follows:The first chapter: General summary of the theory. Rise out starting point according to the summery of management theory and practical research result.The second chapter: Introduction of DEA theory and particle processing method. Analyze the watch industry and testify positive correlation between production effective and production output.The third chapter: draw out a questionnaire of watch consumption. Base on the reliability and validity, carry out corresponding statistical analysisThe forth chapter: statistical analysis via Tobit module for effected factors for production effective.The fifth chapter: discuss an example of investigation in a watch enterprise, and rise out effective strategy and suggestion according to the analysis result.
