Research On Production Efficiency Of SDYB Co. LTD

The medical device industry belongs to the strategic emerging industry which is the national key support,and the development prospect is broad.In recent years,China's medical device market has developed rapidly based on the huge population base and rapidly growing demand for medical services.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the industry has entered a period of rapid growth.At the same time,the policy is good for the development of medical device industry.In the context of market demand stimulation and policy benefit,China's medical device industry develops rapidly and has a more important position in the whole medical industry.SD medicinal glass co.LTD is the largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical glass in China,which belongs to the typical medical device industry.In this paper,the data enveloping analysis(DEA)is used to measure the production efficiency of the SD medicinal glass co.LTD and some listed companies in the same industry from 2009 to 2016,and explores the influencing factors of production efficiency by Tobit regression equation,In order to improve the production efficiency of SD medicinal glass co.LTD,seize the opportunity to promote the development of enterprises.Through the analysis of the production efficiency of the SD medicinal glass co.LTD and the listed companies in the same industry,In the period of 2009-2016,the three types of SD medicinal glass co.LTD were not effective,and there was a significant difference between the effective state and the effective state.The double restriction of management decision level and scale efficiency leads to the low efficiency of the integrated technology of SD medicinal glass co.LTD.The production efficiency of the listed companies in the medical device industry is low.Further,the analysis results of the influencing factors of the production efficiency of listed companies in medical devices are shown that enterprise r&d investment,enterprise scale,total asset turnover rate of enterprises and whether listed in the gem listed company are positively correlated with the production efficiency of listed companies in the medical device industry,the cost of enterprise management is negatively correlated with the production efficiency.
