| Land which is of basic resource and surrounding plays an important role in human's lives and development. With the development of urbanization, land's support is not equivalent to demand and the ecological environment which holds up the sustainable development of land is deteriorating because of the increase of population and irrationality uses. Realizing the dynamic monitor and mastering the structure and present situation of land play an important role to promote reasonable use and sustainable use. Based on those, this paper refers to ecological footprint analysis (EFA) which is to evaluate sustainable development and dynamic course, utilizes geographical information system (GIS) as technical base, try to analyze the dynamic change of land use.Firstly, this paper discussed the domestic and international research course of land use. Then, the map of present land use is digitized based on the software of Mapinfo, Arc/info which are mainly to digitize grid figure, by translating and analyzing the remote image of Jinan in 1996 and 2002 .By means of EFA, this paper analyzed the dynamic change course from temporal and spatial dimension; furthermore, by selecting many indicators which influenced the urbanization and land use and using statistic software-SPSS, founded multi-ingression model to discuss the driving mechanism and analyze influential factors. As a result, economic development is the inner impetus and the increased population is the exterior motivation and government administration plays an middle role which controled the macroscopical way of land use .Finally, paper put forward some constructive opinions of administration, policy, system, technique and elaborate measures which is to promote land' rational use and optimized configuration, to realize the sustainable use of land and accelerate construction of ecological city and digital city. |
