Planning Of Informatization In OTRI

Industrialization driven by informatization is one of the most important economic policies in China, while the key task is the enterprises informatization, which is a strategic step for the enhancement of company management and competitiveness in the market. As the root of enterprises information, information planning plays an important role in enterprises information constructing.This paper is divided into five chapters to study the information system planning of OTRI.In the first chapter, basic concepts of enterprises informatization are represented. The paper brings forward the study meaning of this thesis in the basis of research and development actuality of enterprises informatization planning.In the second chapter, the paper researches on the technology and method of informatization planning. After analyzing the characters and information requirements of petroleum enterprises, the paper presents the primary principles and steps of information planning and then puts forward the key technology, main contents and also the strategies and methods of informatization planning.Then strategies and methods of petroleum enterprises informatization are studied in the third chapter. In the process of enterprises informatization, information management system has been used to ensure enterprises informatization standard and successful. Meanwhile, this paper uses methods of software engineering, requirements analysis, system design and system implementing in the implementing tactic of petroleum enterprises informatization.In the forth chapter, the paper analyses the active system of OTRI and situations of OTRI informatization in the basis of investigation. It makes a detailed explanation of the informatization requirements of OTRI. The paper also builds logic structure, function structure, network structure and a function tree of the information system.The last part is the conclusion of this paper. This production of OTRL' information system planning can be used as guidance for constructing petroleum enterprises informatization.
