Time-limited consumable is a kind of fast moving consumer goods, which are short guarantee period and bad time efficacy. It is difficult to manage its logistics, because of its high transfer speed, the large sales network, the multilayer sales channel and complexity of goods delivery. In the process of selling the products, logistics management is one of the key problems that have impact on sales ability upgrading. With the competition becoming more and more serious, it is one of the important development trends for Time-limited consumable manufacturing enterprises to improve their sales logistics management level, turning to the theory of modern logistics management and the technologies. A lot of research and application on that are done by domestic and foreign specialists and enterprises , with many fruits gained. This paper does some researching on sales logistics management oriented to Time-limited consumable manufacturing enterprises, referring to those fruits.Firstly, competition pressure the time-limited consumable manufacturing enterprises faced, the necessity of implementing sales logistics management based on network, and the domestic and foreign condition of correlative research and application are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of that, aiming at the characteristics of logistics management in the process of time-limited consumable manufacturing enterprises sell products, a sales logistics management pattern for time-limited consumable based on ASP mode is presented in this paper. Based on this pattern, the run mode and business process reengineering are researched.Secondly,some key strategies belongs to the sales logistics management strategies series for sale management are studied in this paper. Such as Delivery strategy based on time and cost, inventory strategy based on guarantee period of product, package management strategy, price management strategy based on agility and changeability, and real-time control model for inventory resources, taking product being overdue into account, and so on.Thirdly, on basis of the above research and analysis, A sales management system for time-limited consumable, centering on logistics is presented. the structure of the system is built, including target series, structure series and function series. In addition, logic models of subsystems are researched and work flow of the system is analyzed in this paper.
