Study On Evaluation Problem Of Supply Chain Distribution Center

As a necessary node in supply chain connecting suppliers to customers, distribution center functions to add an important spatio-temporal incremental value to products. Thus it plays a significant influence upon the operation performance of the whole supply chain. By probing into both the decision alternatives of the location selection and assessment activities of the operation performance of distribution center from the point of view of supply chain core enterprise, this paper not only proposes models which can better realize both the monitoring and optimization processes on the operation status of distribution center, but also bears valuable theoretical and practical implications to enhance the overall operation performance of supply chain.First, evaluation of supply chain distribution center selection, which happened at the starting stage of the supply chain, is researched from the point of view of supply chain core enterprise. The factors affecting the selection of supply chain distribution center are analyzed; an evaluation system of supply chain distribution center selection is built up; the analytic network process (ANP) is used to evaluate the optional distribution center; a case is studied to validate the evaluation model.Secondly, performance evaluation of supply chain distribution center, which happened at the operating and dismiss stage of the supply chain, is researched from the point of view of supply chain core enterprise. The factors and principles of performance evaluation of the supply chain distribution center are analyzed at the beginning, and then according to Supply Chain Operations Reference-Model, combining the characteristics of distribution center operation flow and the environment of supply chain, a performance evaluation system of supply chain distribution center based on operation flow is built. Finally a performance evaluation model of supply chain distribution center based on AHP/DEA is proposed.Finally, the reliability of distribution service, which is key performance of supply chain distribution, is researched. From the point of the process of distribution service, the reliability of distribution service is defined; the influence factors of reliability of distribution service are analyzed.
