Chinese Farmers' Economic Behavior Quality

Abstract: As the core of farmers' quality and the foundation of citizens' quality, economic behavior quality will not only became one of the factors that china takes part in the international competition, but also the essential condition ot soiveing "three agricultural" problem thoroughly, promoteing town and county centralization actively, realizeing overall fairly well-off and implementing all-rounded "three-changes".So, improving Chinese farmers' economic behavior quality will certainly become the target that the whole china try their best to complete. This paper analyses the reasons for the low-level of Chinese farmers' economic behavior quality and the great regional differences. Based on those, this paper puts forward some ways to improve farmers' economic behavior. Firstly, improving the process of urbanization to guide the farmers to working in the cities and make them accept the modern and urban civilization; Secondly, encouraging persons of talent in cities to pass on their valuable economic behavior quality to farmers to increase farmers' modern agricultural production and operating capacity; Thirdly, mobiling all social forces to popularize the knowledge of market economy to compensate farmers' defects in market economic behavior quality.
