A Research On Investment Multiplier And Its Change Trend Of Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Province gradually carries out the change of economy growth method through the effort of system innovation, structure adjustment and technique progress since reform open. But the economy growth method of Heilongjiang Province still belongs to an investment pulling type. So, the policy choice of Heilongjiang Province to promote economy growth should be keeping on extending investment scale, raising investment rate and exerting multiplier effect. Owing to this circumstance, this thesis researches investment multiplier and its change trend of Heilongjiang Province, and it has important theoretical and realistic meaning for that government analyzes economy circulating condition, makes use of policy means to adjust economy and leads investment to the best economic effect.This thesis systematically introduces related theories from three aspects of national income checking theory, investment multiplier theory and Keynes' saving-investment model. According to the certain calculation method of theoretical value and actual value of investment multiplier, it carries through calculating and analyzing the investment multipliers of Heilongjiang Province and developed region, and definitudes the investment multiplier effect of Heilongjiang Province. Using index smoothness method, it determines the predicting values of investment multiplier of Heilongjiang Province and developed region, compares and analyzes their trends, accurately holds the change trend of investment multiplier of Heilongjiang Province in a few years. Finally, basing on the restricting factor analysis of investment multiplier effect of Heilongjiang Province, it puts forward complete countermeasures to promote investment multiplier effect of Heilongjiang Province from four aspects of reducing the leak in investment multiplier effect, choosing the cut-in point of investment, promoting investment efficiency and perfecting investment policy.
