The Research On Utimization Scheme And Implementation Evaluation Of The LG-Shuguang FTM Project

This thesis analyses and evaluates a former project , summarized the shortage, submitted a scheme which is based on the project management system, and also submitted a proposal on company management by project.LG-shuguang Electronic company Co., Ltd(LGESG)is a jointed adventure company by China and Korean, founded in Aug.1994. The main product is color picture tube (CPT) and color display tube (CDT). 17″/19" Flatron display tube (FTM) project content is building a production line which can produce 2 millions 17″/19" FTM (and also can produce 15″/17" tubes) per year, importing the advanced full set technique and key equipments from LG Electronics (LGE) in Korean.The evaluation of the project implementation mainly focused on the progress plan, human resource management and other management.Totally speaking, FTM project implementation was successful, almost finished the company target on time, cost and quality. But the problems still sharply existed. The problems mainly focused on integrating the target lacking of whole concept, integrating scheme lacking of scientific idea and integrating procedure lacking of overall concept.Through the above analysis, finding the existing problems in the project implementation, and through the analysis of the necessary of the improvement on the project management, we recognized the improvement need is not only the necessary from the improvement of the inner management abilities, but also the necessary from the intense market competition. So, we put forward a proposal a scientific improvement scheme base on the shortage of the former project to satisfy the necessary. The scheme is consists of the plan, organization, execution and control.All the Color Picture Tube industry faced the crisis of survival, the severe surroundings makes the complicated of management increased. Managing company by project way, the ultimate target is how to fulfill the advance goal with high efficiency under the condition of assuring the time, technology, budget and performance index, and satisfy each relevant aspect of the company. Wish this thesis will be a reference for the managing company by project way. Make this project way not only be a system method to manage the company project, and also be an available means for altering the traditional organization mode and management institution.
