| In the knowledge economy times, organization's learning ability is the nucleus and key of organization's core competence. It is an urgent subject how to evaluate organization's learning ability and provide reliable information for building organization's learning ability. The purpose studied of this paper is to construct a scientific and reasonable measurement system which can estimate the organization's learning ability in quantitative description.Based on the exhaustive analyses about the process and system of organization's study and the essential factors of organization's learning ability, the paper puts forward a set of measurement system of organization's learning ability by the method of systematic analysis, then puts the method of synthetical evaluation from multi-level standards and points out the improvement direction for building organization's learning ability. The paper is composed of six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the research background and reality meaning. Also, this chapter generalizes and evaluates the history, present situation and achievements which scholars in home and abroad studied. The second chapter discusses the organization's study and the organization's learning ability, also analyses emphatically the process and system of organization's study and the essential factors of organization's learning ability. The third chapter offers a scientific measurement system by the method of systematic analysis from the angle of organization's learning system. The forth chapter puts the method of synthetical evaluation from multi-level standards about the organization's learning ability. The fifth chapter gives two cases of applying it in practice. The sixth chapter puts forward conclusions and prospects the trend. |
