Research On The Development Strategy Of Xi'an High-tech Industry Development Zone

Xi'an high-tech industry development zone was founded in 1991. It has gotten a great achievement in past years. But it also hasn't carried out its mission which accelerate the development speed of the science & technology just like other High-tech development zone in China. So it meets a big challenge on its development road. How to assist the development of science & technology and its industrialization is the urgent errand of the Xi'an high-tech industry development zone. This paper tries to discuss and solve this problem in the point of view of strategy.The first part of the paper raises problems, introduced the background of research, elaborated the thesis, and pointed out the paper the mentality, the method, the significance and the innovation.The second parts of the paper introduced the strategy and its characteristic, and restrict the comprehension range of these concepts in this paper. Also, it explained the meaning and connotation of some related concepts such as High-tech, High-tech zone, High-tech industry, etc. With this understanding, some theories about the High-tech zone were expressed in succession.The third part of the paper introduced the development situation of the Xi'an high-tech industry development zone. And under that, the chances and challenges have been put forward.The fourth part of the paper presented the whole strategy of the Xi'an high-tech industry development which is including the objects, principles, methods, and emphases, etc.The last part of paper reviewed and conclude the whole part, and point out the shortage and next direction of the paper.
