The research background is that there hasn't a right Performance Management system for middle-level governor in ShengLi Ltd. now. It makes more person with ability leave the enterprise direct. The research significance is that through the research, we could make problem about the enterprise human resource management more clear in fact. Through apply research result to help enterprise improves the human resources condition, help enterprise to modernization scientific management comprehensive transformation, provides the new idea for the state-owned major industry's human resources reform.The content of this article is to provide a system Performance Management method for middle-level governor in ShengLi Ltd. by researching modern managing theory and different company's practice . The research adopts analysis method of impersonality and demonstration , The system adopt 360 degree appraise method and report method, and give a complementary explain about assistant program. It comprise a complete appraise system with tenet, principle, method, program, supervise; it comprise 26 tabulations for 4 kinds of duty; it comprise idiographic operation detail rules, the system could suffice enterprise's human resource managing demand of scientific, advanced, applied.The application value of this research rest with it could help enterprise know the primary question in human appraisal now; it could bring a new method for state-owned enterprise Innovation , it is a mature system which we could use it in fact. It will bring an active leading effect to enterprise's innovation.
