The Study On Communication Behavior And The Effectiveness Appraising In Virtual Enterprise

Recent decades,with the development of IT and internet technology,the Virtual Enterprise based on the core capacity through integrating the intranet resources become the choice of many enterprise.IT and VT are the main communication tool between companies to assure the coordination across time and space between enterprises. The effective communication is very siganificant to the success of Virtual Enterprise.So this paper developed the study of communication behavior in Virtual Enterprise.1.Given the appearance of Virtual Enterprise is only decades,some concept,explanation have not been affirmed generally.So this paper firstly defining"Virtual Enterprise"afresh based on the study of formerly scholar,analyzed its intension,conclude its character.The study concluded the following respects:(1)Concluded the character of communication behavior in Virtual Enterprise:the frequency and depth were stronger than common organization;led by task;relationship between people was less;the communication was to the end when the task was over;communication effectiveness was the key factor of coordination and so on.(1)Analyzed the main factors influencing communication: mechanical communication means choice, bottleneck of technology , culture difference and so on.(3)Put forward the methods of the realization of effective communication,such as the choice of communication tools ,channels and medias,cross-culture communicationand, the building of trust mechanism and so on.3. Building effectiveness appraising system and mode:(1) Building effectiveness appraising system from the two respects: the effect and efficiency.(2) Building fuzzy appraisinge model.(3) Put it to the test using a case.
