This thesis made the SM company's production department as the study object. through an overall investigation, the author analysis the problem of the performance appraising of the production department. And on the basis of the above analysis, the present author proposes the necessity of the innovation of carrying out the achievements management as well as its working flow, procedures, and strategies.The paper utilizes organization and relevant theory and means such as human resource administration and so on. By means of analyzing the current situation of inspire of producting workers in SM ,and the data statistics about investigation of satisfactory degree of performance appraising of producting workers ,from which the reads may find the current mechanisms shortcoming and its reasons. On the basis of reasons, system of performance appraising base on quantization index of performance appraising is made, and a new appraisal system is made in the paper. Its main body is composed of three parts such as performance index, assess workflow, the assess' apply. the assess index is combined by four group of personnel, that is the operator of machine, the basis supervisors, the middle and senior manager and the new comer.
