With the consummation of market economic system and continuously reformation of enterprises, the demand of The Third Party Logistics (TPL ) which could offer specialized and multi- functions service is increased day after day. As for this reason, TPL got quickly development, called it as the " accelerator " and " the gold industry " in 21st century, becomes a new economical growth spot.Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics Co. Ltd was founded in the end of 1995, which was invested by both SembCorp Logistics Pte Ltd (SCL) and China Merchant She kou ndustrial Zone Co. Ltd (SKIZ) and takes stores and transports as its focused business. Facing these opportunities and the challenges such as increasingly marketing demand, fiercely competition in the area, there is a strategic problem about Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics Co. Ltd future development, i.e., how to adjust and implement its marketing strategy, and form its lasting core competitive ability in the future.This paper is based on the theory of the third party logistics (TPL) and logistics marketing, taking Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics Co. Ltd as object , making a series of marketing strategy through ways such as analysis of the literature, historical research method , interview, physical analysis way. The first the author analysis both inside and outside environment of Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics Co. Ltd, find the problems which exist in present development and the defect which exist in marketing tactics. Then, the author make a series of marketing tactics which include ervice product development, pricing, channels, marketing and customer relationship management for Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics Co. Ltd. At last, , the author provide some suggestion for the company's development to ensure the marketing strategies implementation smoothly, these suggestion include raising the level of strategic management of the company, perfecting integration of modern logistics management, establishing human resources management system, and actively promote corporate culture.
