Study On The Superseded Industry Development For Maturity Resource-based City

There are many resource-based cities in China, of which the dominant economic is resources industry that is based on the non-reproducible resources. At the present, the resource-based cities are facing the difficulties such as the exhausted resources and declined economy and etc. It is an urgent task for resource-based cities to increase economy, update the industry, exit the resource industry and seek the superseded industry. Therefore, it is very important to research the industrial transition and put forward the constructive development stratagem for the superseded industry.This paper adopts the method of positive study and normative study, and quantitative analysis is combined with qualitative analysis in the paper. This paper uses the basic theory principles of industrial economics, regional economics, economical geography, urban geography and sustainable development that are for industry transformation. The author takes example of Daqing city, which is a typical resource-based city to research the transformation guide rules, model, key strategic point and implementation of the strategy for the maturity rsource-based cities. This paper includes four parts.Part I It is an introduction one. Based on the introduction of the composition background and meaning, the paper concludes the research achievements related to the resource-based city,discusses the meaning of the concepts and defines the maturity the resource-based city. Then the paper introduces the theory basement of the paper and shows the frame of the paper.Part II By the way of the positive study,the author takes the example of Daqing city to research the current character of the industrial structure on the base of the field survey. Using the related method, the author analyzes the structure character of the industry, the spatial structure character and the evolvement lawof the industrial structure. The author dissects the obstacle factors for the Industrial development, and then probes into the dynamical mechanism of the industrial evolvement of Daqing city.Part III The paper studies the macroscopically economical environment and analyzes the advantage of superseded industry development. The author uses the related theories of industry transition to put forward the multimode of superseded industry development, construct the dominant industry system of superseded industry and organize the regional space of Daqing.Part IV The author puts forward some constructive ideas and countermeasure for the superseded industry development of the Daqing city.
