| The compensation management is an important aspect of modern human resources management. A scientific and rational compensation system with principles of equity, encouragement and competition, is crucial for human resources strategy development of an enterprise. Based on the compensation management theories and the practical situation of JZJT Group, a new compensation system is redesigned for JZJT Group to a tract, maintain and motivate talents. The purpose of compensation redesign is to speed up the establishment of Modern Enterprises System.This thesis consists of five parts. In the first part, the question of the compensation management of JZJT Group is disclosed and discussed.In the second part, basic theories of compensation management, including pay decision theories and encouragement theories are introduced and discussed. As well as the functions influences decision factors and basic forms of compensation management itself.The third part is concerned about the preparing of the compensation redesigned ,including the work value and analysis of the inside and outside enterprise about compensation level.The forth parts connects the practical operation and evaluates structure and form of the old compensation system. The author tries to find out the way to develop it. The compensation system need be solved in the future according to the purpose and principles. It administrates the awards of core positions and main staffs. According to compensation form, it redesigns the methods of pay in the year ended that encouragement is more effective.
