So it requires that the corporation has reasonable performance management system that is the significance of the research of the thesis. The fourth section is the design of performance management system, performance communication, performance feedback, complaint and application of evaluation result etc. The fifth section commented in brief the characteristics and shortcomings of the performance management system of S corporation.
