Without any doubt, the performance administration plays the strategic role in the management. Building up the systematic, efficient performance administration system is the core work of a corporation, which is also the main part of the management of the human resource of the corporation. How to design and set up a series of performance administration system, which is scientific & practical to adapt and promote the development of the corporation, has become the main theme of the corporation. Based on the basic theory of the performance administration, through the inspection of the performance administration system of the corporation Z, from the angle of the author, the article analyzes the problems existing in the performance administration of corporation Z, submit the new designing project to adapt the features and the development of the corporation. The article is made up of three parts: in the first part, the author looks back the evolution of the performance administration and describe the present situation; In the second part, taking corporation Z as an example, the author analyzes the background and present circumstance of the performance administration of corporation Z, diagnoses the existing problem; in the third part, on the basis of the inspection of former parts, the author redesign the performance system of the corporation Z in order to solve the existing problems. According to the author's working experience, the article made an approach of performance administration system of corporation Z. Aiming at the existing problems of corporation Z, the author redesign the project of performance administration system.
