The Research & Design Of Performance Management System For Chain Retailing Corporation

The full-scale opening of Retailing has been impacting the development of Chain Retailing Corporation in our country, which had some problem and obstacle during competing with foreign capital enterprise. As the comprehensive & effective performance management is the one of key factors to win competitive advantages, how to design and establish scientific performance management system that according to enterprise's need has become the important question for discussion to chain retailing corporation. So this paper aims at discussing and researching on how to establish performance management system based on the idea of systematism, stratagem , process. It inducing ,summarizing the correlation of theories and apply the methods to designs a three-hierarchical performance management system founded on BSC for Chain Retailing Corporation via well-knit and systemic work. With the introduction of mathematical model AHP (The Analytic Hierarchy Process) ,the issue of index weight can be solved ,what's more ,the comprehensive fuzzy assessment are used to evaluate the qualitative index and quantitative index , these aims at more reasonable,scientific and satisfactory results in evaluating processs.The paper mainly consists of 3 parts. The first part is about the theory of Chain Corporation and performance management , and illustrate the difference between the performance assessment and performance management. Following of this the paper point out the issues of performance management in Chain Retailing Corporation and provide some proposal. The third part the design idea and the theory architectures and methods applied; integrated performance management system according to the characteristic of Chain Corporation given. It provides reference for some domestic enterprise.
