"Business Process Reengineering" (BPR) is a new management technology, which initiated and widely spread in the western business world in the 1990's, and it is employed for enterprise to survive and develop in the economy globalization and ever-changing market. With the rising of CRM, the thoughts and methods of it are used in BPR.Firstly, the thesis expounds the introduction, principles, conditions, explain the basic process and methods of BPR. Secondly, according to the strategy development of KD Company, analyze the background of KD company's BPR. Finally, the paper makes discussions on the implementation of BPR project in KD Company. On the basis of research results mentioned above and overall investigation in KD Company, we have succeeded in establishing its process management framework. We put forwards the approaches of BPR in Company, choose the right reengineering objects, redesign or optimize the process, put the reengineered processes into practice, and obtain the satisfactory outcomes.The main purpose of the thesis is to explain the basic process andmethods of BPR with a case. The thoughts and methods of CRM are used inthe process of BPR, which embodies the upholder and amalgamation of thosemanagement techniques. |
