In the days of knowledge economy, the management style of company has come into cultural management, crossing the mode of experience management and the mode of science management. Plenty of cases in the world shows that the reason why the company lost it's competition is firstly because of the company' cultural factors-Culture lost it's votary. The customer didn't accept it. The culture no longer catch hold of the loyalty of employee yet. Therefore, the coming into being of company culture and it's reform is more important for the survival and development of company.This paper analyses the practical cultural conditions of changan in-depth, according to the level of company culture, using modem principle of administration and theory of company cultural development. It shows that changan automobile company has done much of work to improve the company's cultural development, and had got great achievement. On the other hand, this paper also points out the problem and defects of changan's cultural development, first, corporate culture construction is not in a strategic position, thus there is no enough importance attached and no enough money invested, second, it concentrates to advocate team work spirit too much but too little in individual improvement .third, from the corporate culture running ,not all the team workers effort are in one direction. Some solutions have been put forward below: First, to bring up the corporate culture construction to corporate strategy level 1,and to invest from such aspects as human resources, financially, etc, and to work out a process to manage it. Second, to insist in 'people oriented' idea, to overcome the deficiency in individual development. Third, to renew the corporate culture construction management system, to work out an efficient process through the dedicated responsible department to lead the whole process.Finally, author hope changan automobile company can improve the corporate culture construction, and turn it into the power resource of core competition.
