Speeds up as well as China along with the global economic integration advanced and join in WTO.The competition in Construction industry is becoming more and fiercer. But, enterprise culture, which was treated as a new kind of management philosophy for improving Core Competence of enterprise, is becoming the new wave of enterprise management. The competition among enterprises will be turned to the competition among enterprise cultures.How to cultivate enterprise culture with strong features according to enterprise's own characteristics, and apply the research findings of management from home and abroad to the cultural practice of Chinese enterprises is a subject of universal significance.Based on the enterprise culture and combined with theory of harmony management, this article proposed the theory of enterprise culture based on harmony. According to the character of enterprise culture in construction enterprise, the core problem of establishes enterprises culture of construction enterprise based on harmony was analyzed, and the structure and functions of enterprise culture in large-scale construction enterprise based on harmony was described.At the same time,according to the construction principle of enterprise culture,which is "human-oriented,Outstanding performance,Emphasis on innovation,Uniform standard of value and prospective cohort",a construction mode of enterprise culture in large-scale construction enterprise based on harmony was presented, which is centered by one core and Guaranteed by three mechanism.Again, standing on the characteristics of the large-scale enterprise culture in construction enterprise based on harmony, the Characteristics of Enterprise Organization and Enterprise Leaders was proposed based on enterprise culture in large-scale construction enterprise.Then, according to the construction mode and content of enterprise culture based on harmony,starting at the shape system,object system and field system of enterprise culture based on harmony,emphasized on decision level,management level and execution level, form three perspective of space perspective,time perspective and internal perspective, combine with the internal management system of constriction enterprise.Three layer of evaluation for enterprise culture in large-scale construction enterprise based on harmony was extracted and layer mode of Comprehensive Evaluation was build. At last, the construction process and construction process benefit of enterprise culture in X was empirical analyzed.
