In recent years, the energy crisis and environmental crisis caused by the excessive using of fossil energy, has prompted all the countries to develop new energy industry to winning the commanding height of the new energy industry. And new energy industry in the 21st century raises revolutionized around the world. Along with the Chinese economy to energy need's further growth, the dependence to international market of the energy supplies in our country will be getting higher and higher in the future. To develop new energy in reducing our dependence on energy imports, improve energy and economic security has an important practical significance. The development of new energy industry in Xiuzhou District is in line with the requirements of the national energy strategy, but also promote their own industrial structure adjustment, but also effectively alleviate the pressure on the environment, and promote coordinated and sustainable development of economy and society.
