China is the world's mobile phone production, sales and R&D center. Over 700 million units have been produced in China in 2010, accounting for more than half of the global mobile production. Thus a complete industrial chain formed from component manufactures, component sales agents, mobile design companies, mobile brands, to mobile vendors. The entire industry valued a billions industry. The component agent, in which the author works, was founded in 2006. Up to 2009, the annual turnover reached more than 20 million U.S dollars. As a component agency, the important task is supply chain management and coordination. In particular, the component prices have been in a continuing downward spiral. How to ensure not only the sales of goods, without excessively high stock in order to avoiding the loss and sluggish materials, but also the on time delivery, without excessively high transport cost. These points are the core indicators to determine the company's profit and loss for component agency. This research will use the theoretical knowledge of the supply chain and other related courses by MBA course, combined with RY company's historical data and calculations, find ways and means to improve supply chain management. This research will focus on inventory management and supply chain contract, to improve RY's supply chain management for the benefit of actual operation, enhance RY's profitability.
